As a part of our ongoing service to our Commercial customers, we offer Servicing, Maintenance, Breakdown or Repair. To any new customer, we conduct an initial survey of your equipment and requirements to ensure a smooth running system all year round. Our professional team of experts would assemble a Maintenance Schedule that's right for your building, and keep you updated issues or preventative maintenance required throughout the year. As well as Replacement or Upgrade of your old R22 air conditioning or refrigeration systems we can assist you in choosing the correct new equipment, with an installation process that ensures minimal downtime for your business.

DOMESTIC AIR CONDITIONING SERVICING 

Whether it is a ducted or split system, it is recommended that your air conditioning unit is maintained regularly. In a domestic home, we recommend your system is serviced at least once a year, depending upon the environmental conditions at your location. However, service before the summer and winter seasons would ensure your air conditioning stays in good working order for the times you need it most. You should also give your filters a clean once per month throughout high use times.

A typical service takes approximately half an hour to an hour and if required, will include the following.

  • Check airflow​​
  • Clean filters
  • Check and clear condensate drains
  • Check gas levels and pressures
  • Check electrical connections
  • Check general condition of indoor and outdoor units
  • Check condition of coils in both units
  • Check for mould and mildew​

AIR CONDITIONER REPAIRS 

If your air conditioning system is not working the way it used to, or perhaps not working it all, you may need a diagnostic callout or repair. Firstly, check to see if your system is still within the warranty period. If so, call the installation company and determine if the fault is covered under the conditions of the unit manufacturer. 

If not, for Brisbane and Sydney customers, we would be happy to arrange a call out and diagnose the problem for you. But first of all, you might like to try the following simple checks and save yourself some time and money.

  • Are the filters clean

  • Is the unit set to the correct mode
  • Is anything blocking the airflow on either the indoor or outdoor units
  • Is the temperature setting appropriate
  • Are windows and doors closed
  • Change the batteries in the remote even if the display is visible

If you are a Brisbane or Sydney customer and are still having problems, then please contact us and we will arrange for a site visit at a time convenient. It is also helpful if you can provide the following details at the time of booking:
 

  • Brand and model of the unit
  • Approximate age of unit
  • Fault code if applicable

If your system is working okay but it has been a while since it was last looked at, a general service is probably a good idea.
